Bill's reputation is growing to include his steaks. We've just added a Ribeye Steak Sandwich to the lunch menu and our Friday night menu offers several steak options... We currently have an 8-10 oz. ribeye, a 16-18 oz ribeye and a 22 oz dry aged porterhouse, all cooked to order, including "Pittsburgh Rare".

Bill's Specialties

Bill's on the Hill and Bill's Catering & BBQ are members of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce and are fully insured, licensed and ServSafe Certified.

Bill's is famous for his BBQ... Beef brisket and pulled pork will be standard, and occasionally something special will be on the menu.

SPRING HOURS: A full lunch menu is served Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11 - 2. The clubhouse & bar are open on days the golf course is open, from 10:30 am or earlier until the Pro Shop closes, (full lunch menu 11-2.)
Dinner is served ONLY on Friday nights, March through November, from 6 - 9 pm, with seating from 6 - 8 pm.
