Bill's Ribeye Steak Sandwich is one of the most popular items on our lunch menu. It is available daily at the clubhouse and on Friday nights at the Farmer's Market.

Bill's on the Hill and Bill's Catering & BBQ are members of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce and are fully insured, licensed and ServSafe Certified.



Bill's is famous for his BBQ... Pulled pork will be a standard menu item, brisket is available once or twice a week and occasionally something special will be on the menu.

SPRING HOURS: A full lunch menu is served daily from 11 - 3. 
The clubhouse & bar are open on days the golf course is open, from 10:30 am or earlier until 5 or 6 pm.
(Full lunch menu served 11-3, limited menu possible the rest of the day, depending on staffing.)
As of April 7th, 2018, *** We NO LONGER *** serve dinner on Friday nights.

Also, starting the first weekend in May, we, under the Bill's Catering & BBQ name, will be serving food with the smoker at the Corydon Farmer's Market on Friday nights (4-7) and Tuesdays at lunchtime (11-1).  Look for a selection of pulled pork, brisket, ribeye steak sandwiches, smoked baked potatoes and more.

We take pride in our personal touch with the food that we serve: Virtually everything that comes out of our kitchen is made from scratch, including our rubs, sauces and pasta/potato salad/slaw dressings. While some of our ingredients do come out of a jar, can or box, the only thing that has not been transformed in some way by Bill’s on the Hill before serving are Merkley bratwursts, all–beef hot dogs and basic condiments. Even some of our condiments are made in house, such as tartar sauce, honey-mustard, and our house vinaigrette salad dressing! Our steaks are hand-cut to our specifications by a local butcher and we use fresh, local produce whenever possible.
